Daniel Faber received his Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University graduating magna cum laude. He graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Faber is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a special Certification in Pain Medicine. He is also board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Faber is board-certified in addiction medicine and licensed to prescribe Suboxone. He has been practicing medicine since 1983 and in Utah Valley since 1998.

Riley Stringham, M.D. received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and his Medical Degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. A postgraduate residency was completed at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in anesthesiology. He relocated to North Carolina in pursuit of a subspecialty fellowship in pain management at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in conjunction with Carolinas Pain Institute. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

Dr. Joyal is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Neuroscience. He then earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Following medical school, Dr. Joyal completed his Anesthesiology residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. His final year of training was at the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Center where he specialized in Pain Medicine.

 
 
 
   
 

SheriAnn Rollins, FNP, APRN received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Brigham Young University. SheriAnn also received her master’s degree from Brigham Young University as family nurse practitioner,
where she interned in pain management.

SheriAnn had extensive practice in various nursing fields as a registered nurse prior to completing her master’s program. She is board certified by the American Board of Nursing and is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse. She has been working in pain management since 2001.

 

 
 
 
   
 

Catherine R. Black, NP, APRN received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Brigham Young University. She has done research in open-heart surgery and artificial heart transplantation. Catherine is certified as an advanced practice registered nurse and a nurse practitioner with a license in controlled substances. She has been working in general family practice, adolescent medicine, and psychiatry since 1978.

 

 
 
 
Clint
   
  Bayless

Clint received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with a minor in Nutrition, from the University of Utah.  Clint also received a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Utah.

Clint has extensive experience in fitness, personal training, wellness management, emergency nursing, and correctional nursing.  He is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.

 

 
 
 
   
 

Christian DeGrey, FNP, MSN received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Penn State and his Master’s in nursing through Georgetown University. He is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse through the state of Utah and certified through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Since graduating from Georgetown, he has been working as a family nurse practitioner in family and student health.

 

 
 
 
   
 

Tracy received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Memphis. While she was a Registered Nurse she worked in several fields from new born nursery to open heart intensive care. She then received her Master’s degree from Delta State University in Cleveland Mississippi. Tracy is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Pain Management and was the chronic pain content expert who helped to create the Pain Management board exam in Washington DC. She is a Certified Addictionologist through the American College of Addictionology. She has been working in the field of pain management for 19 years. She taught in the Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Utah for 9 years. She has presented papers and posters and has several publications.

 

 
   
 

Part-time Doctor

Dr. Randall Pennington received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, his master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Kansas State University, and his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Pacific University School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Pennington is currently the director of the pre-doctoral psychology internship training program at Wasatch Mental Health and is also working at Spinal Interventions as a psychologist. He has been in the mental health field since 1990.
